Staying Healthy

May I presume your goal is to not get sick?

You wish to lead a long, happy, healthy life.

Right now, we are in the worst pandemic in our lifetime.

How do we stay healthy?

Here are some basics:

  • Wash hands after handling anything that another person has touched. Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • Do not touch food unless you have washed your hands.
  • Keep a distance away from anyone with whom you are conversing.
  • Avoid touching public doorhandles, etc. if at all possible. (in restroom, use paper towel to open door when exiting)

You can read the above image two ways: one is that the responsibility of staying healthy lies with you.

May I also present the concept that you WOULD NOT get sick if those who are sick did not spread their illness. Basically, the burden lies with those who are ill. (This applies to the common cold, influenza, and even the coronavirus.) . . . Your co-worker who comes in sneezing all over you. The parent who sends their child to school. The shopper who coughs throughout the store.

Think of it – innumerable lives would not be lost right now IF the individuals who were sick stayed home, exercised caution in spreading germs.

This website is dedicated to provide resources to help you and your family avoid illnesses and lead a healthier, more-productive life.
